Education is an important aspect of what we offer at Centro Nijo. Our courses and workshops are designed to awaken and develop each student's consciousness of their essential energy, creativity and inner peace. We offer tools for the expansion of healing, empowering individuals with the knowledge of how to heal themselves, as well as how to heal others.
The concept of our courses and workshops is to create an atmosphere of exchange between the local community and students. This interaction stimulates other forms of communication, collaboration and coordination.

Discover your centre and femininity through Bellydance fusioned with other dance forms.
Dancing from within, connecting with the Universe and the Earth, you Strengthen, stretch, extend and flow with rhythm, harmony and balance.
With awareness of our sacred womb/belly, combined with the movements of this dance, it helps women with their periods, pregnancy, giving birth, after birth and the menapause.
Harmonise your emotions, opening you chest and correcting your posture.
