At Centro Nijo we offer the space for a different type of rest: of balance, harmony, freedom and inner peace.

Imagine a landscape of exuberant beauty, surrounded by tropical woods, green lagoons, virgin beaches with an all year round hot climate. This is one of Mexico’s most beautiful hideaways: the coast of Oaxaca.

Healing Holidays at Centro Nijo are ideal to achieve a complete regeneration of energy; physical, mental or spiritual, indulging yourself in personalised treatments in our ‘Consultorio’, where we offer Oriental Massage, Acupuncture, Osteopathic Manipulation, Reflexology and Reiki or any combination of these depending on the necessity and nature of each person.

Situated on a large ecological ranch, we also offer a traditional form of healing, ‘The Temazcal’ (Sweat Lodge), which connects you directly with the elements. Additionally, through our School of Healing Arts, we offer classes in dance, postural awareness exercises and meditation, or you can organise your holiday to coincide with one of our courses or workshops.

ACCOMODATION We offer two different types of accommodation.
There is a large dormitory style room with its own bathroom, designed in the rustic style of the Mexican coast, with beds and hammocks traditionally made, the space is converted into a fresh and peaceful place for individuals, groups or families to enjoy. The room sleeps up to 6 people in 4 singles and 1 double bed.
	Alternatively, we have a private room, just off our kitchen, with access to bathroom. Ideal for a couple with one double bed, however by arrangement and extra single bed can be added. The room is sealed against mosquitoes and is uniquely decorated with wall paintings.
While staying at Centro Nijo, we offer access to the kitchen for a small extra charge, or if you wish, we can, by arrangement, include prepared meals as part of your stay. NOTE: We currently only have 12V electricity that supplies our lights, we do not have enough for a fridge or any other electrical appliances. Travel to and from the local villages is easy in the day with collective taxis passing frequently, however in the evenings it would be best to pre-order a taxi.

8am	Posture Awareness and Breathing Exercises and Meditation
10am	Light Breakfast
11am	Consultation and Treatment with our main therapist (could be a mixture of Acupuncture, Massage, Osteopathic Manipulation, or Reiki)
1pm	Lunch
4pm	Choice of Massage, Reflexology, Dance Class or Sweat Lodge to help realign your energy
Sunset	Meditation at the Centre or a walk along Ventanilla beach or Punta Cometa

	10am	Breakfast
	11am	Treatment in Consultorio
	2pm	Your free time to go to the beach
	4pm	Visit the crocodiles at the Lagoon of Ventanilla

Example 2 of half day treatments
9am	Breakfast
10am	Boat tour of local beaches and snorkelling, then search for turtles and dolphins out in the ocean.
2pm	Lunch
4pm	Massage or another treatment in Consultorio
6pm	Meditation

PRICES
Accomodation	One bed in dormitory Private room	$50pesos per night $100pesos for 1 person, $50pesos extra per person.
