Consultorio, which is generally occupied Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-6pm,
with a break around 2-3pm, though it varies. If you don’t reach

TO
VISIT US
From Another Country/Puerto Escondido/Huatulco

If you’re traveling internationally, the best airport to fly into
is Huatulco, or alternately Puerto Escondido. Plane tickets to these places
are usually about the same price as flying into a larger airport farther
away, such as Oaxaca City, and are only about an hour’s drive away.
From Puerto Escondido, take a bus headed east and ask for ‘San Antonio’,
then hop a combi on the road to the right, with signs pointing towards
Zipolite, and keep an eye out for Centro Nijo on the left hand side, where
there’s a stop. From Huatulco, it’s generally best to take
a taxi, which will run you about $30-40 US, but will drop you off at our
door.
From
Pochutla/The rest of Mexico
If you’re traveling within Mexico, you’ll be able to take
a bus into Pochutla, which is the nearest large town. From Pochutla, combis
run about every 15 minutes towards San Antonio, which is the turn-off
towards us and the smaller coastal towns. For about $2 US, you can be
dropped off at our main entrance. Alternately, you can take a taxi, which
loiter in the center of town to the left down the main road of the bus
stations, though these will run you more like $10 US.
From
the Coastal Towns (Puerto Angel, Zipolite, San Augustinillo, Mazunte)
If you’re already sipping cocos and lounging around on the beaches
here, or you’re a resident, hop a combi or a taxi heading west.
Pass the turn-off for Ventanilla, and you’ll find the entrance to
Centro Nijo at a stop on your right side, approximately 2 miles/3 kilometers
from Mazunte.
